    Rum Punch

    A tropical paradise in your mouth

    Fresh bananas are infused in white aged rum by Selvarey directly from Panama giving a lightness to the rum not normally found in bars.

    It’s smoky and spicy, but refreshing at the same time. We cold press fresh watermelons at their peak ripeness then blend with fresh lemon, limes, spicy honey and fresh basil.

    Strong citrus and stone fruit notes excite your palate, but then a cooling almond syrup - pressed and blended in-house - soothes the initial sensation.  A 45% ABV rye whiskey is constant throughout but lingers for a few after each sip - just enough to savor until the next.
