When you purchase drinks through our website, we transmit your order to a local retailer. All deliveries and shipments are shipped via licensed liquor retailers. These retailers use various services to make deliveries. For local deliveries, some stores have their own delivery staff, others use 3rd party delivery services like Postmates and Drizly. When you place your order for overnight shipment, the liquor retailer that carries Drnxmyth typically will use a shipping carrier similar to Fedex or UPS. In California and surrounding states, the most typically used shipping carrier is Golden State Overnight (GSO).
Yes. This is quite possibly the most important step in the process. Someone 21 years or older must be at the recipient address in order to recieve the package. If the recipient does not present an ID and sign for the package in person, the product will not be delivered. Alcohol is serious business and it's required that an adult 21 years or older sign for the package.
If you've ordered for local delivery, you will receive a text notifying you of the Local Retailers estimated time of arrival with your package. If you've ordered for overnight delivery, you will receive a text and an email with your tracking number and a link. Please take note of the estimated time of delivery and if you need your package delivered during a specific window of time, please call the shipping carrier direct to schedule a delivery window. Drnxmyth cannot do this for you.
All cocktails are put into boxes with insulation and ice packs that stay cold for 48 hours. If you are not home to receive your product, the shipping carrier will typically try to re-deliver if there is time in the day, or they will bring your package back to their warehouse for storage until the following business day. It is your responsibility to get in touch with the shipping carrier by using the tracking number that is emailed and texted to you post-purchase. Drnxmyth and the local retailers that ship Drnxmyth product are not responsible for retrieving or refunding your product in cases where the shipping carrier has attempted to deliver.
Currently we're available for local delivery in Los Angeles and for overnight delivery Monday through Thursday before 3:30pm throughout California.
Next locations in order will be: New York, Florida, Nevada, and Illinois.
Overnight shipping is only available in California when you place your order before 3:30 PST Monday through Thursday. If you place your order after 3:30 PST your shipment may not go out for overnight shipment on that day. If you order ON or AFTER Thursday at 3:30 pm, your order will most likely be bumped to Monday for Tuesday delivery.
If you need to change your address and the package has not already been transferred to the Shipping Carrier, we can assist you with that and contact the local retailer to let them know. HOWEVER, if your order has already shipped, YOU will need to call the Shipping Carrier and let them know of the address change.
