Our Spiced Sangria was created by our dearly missed friend, mixologist Josue Romero (@thegarnishguy). Just before the release of this cocktail, Josue passed suddenly. He was an inspiration to many in the industry, and we honor his legacy and celebrate his life, accomplishments, and creations. Profits from this drink will be going to Josue's family and to his GoFundMe.
The complex and refreshing Spiced Sangria is made with an aromatic red wine blend, over-proofed grape liqueur, orange brandy, in-house cinnamon syrup, and fresh lemon juice.
Here is the exact recipe — no additives, artificial ingredients, flavorings, or colorants. Just pure cocktail goodness: 1.83 oz. red wine; 0.74 oz. brandy (40% ABV); 0.34 oz. orange liqueur; 0.78 oz. lemon; 1.08 oz. cinnamon syrup; 1.86 oz. mint-infused water; salt drops
