My friends at @thebigoliqeur were kind enough to send me a bottle of their liqueur to try. Now their ginger liqueur is different from others. There's definitely more spices like clove and cardamom and others in it. Very tasty. I decided to do a tiki riff to incorporate all the different spices in their liqueur.
Here I Go Again On My Own
1.5 oz Plantation Stiggins Pineapple Rum
1 oz Plantation OFTD Rum
0.5 oz Big O Liqueur
0.5 oz Pineapple Gomme
0.5 Lime Juice
0.25 oz Orgeat
2 dashes Angostura
Shake/Strain/Rocks with ice
No meaning behind the name. I'm going simple and whatever song comes on when I'm making the drink I'll use.
