Step One

Truly Fresh. Nothing Artificial

Our fresh ingredients come from farms across California same day to be batched and mixed. We never heat, we never use artificial ingredients.

Step Two

Bottoms Get Filled

The bottom chamber gets filled with fresh ingredients. Part of mixology approach requires that the fresh ingredients remain separate from the spirits until the moment of consumption.

Step Three

Cap The Bottoms

Our bottles have two chambers. The bottom chamber contains all of our fresh ingredients. It gets filled and capped, then they're cold pressurized at 85,000 pounds per square inch. The pressure inactivates microbes and allows for 5 months of refrigerated shelf life.

Step Four

Assemble The Tops

Our bottles have a special assembly process. Once the fresh juice is batched and filled and pressurized, the tops get pressed on via pneumatic press and then go off to the liquor filling line.

Step Five

Liquor Filling

We use spirits made by regional and local artisan distillers. We bring spirits in from all over and barrel them for inclusion into our drinks. Once the stops are assembled we fill with 2.7 ounces of spirits.

Step Six

Off to Cold Storage

Once our drinks are finished we take them and store them in our HAACP certified facility at 41 degrees. From manufacturing to storage and delivery to you, the cocktails stay fresh and chilled.
