Cold Pressed Apple Juice
Apples are picked at the height of their ripeness and cold-pressed, providing a slightly tart body to the cocktail.
Cold Pressed Lemon Juice
Sourced from farmer co-ops in California, cold-pressed lemon juice adds the right amount of acidity for this cocktail.
Cinnamon
Whole cinnamon sticks are heated for 30 minutes under high heat and then combined with sugar, bringing a richer, fuller spiced flavor.
Maple Syrup
Our top quality maple syrup has a medium bodied intensity, adding a perfect level of sweetness and fall flavor to the drink.
Vanilla Beans
These Madagascar bourbon vanilla beans are made using a slow extraction process that brings out the deep flavor notes and rich aroma of the forest-grown vanilla.
Starting at a time when “craft cocktails” did not exist yet, Inga learned and grew with the bar industry as it evolved into what it is today. She loves challenging herself by entering multiple competitions every year. She has made regional finals for Bacardi Legacy, Woodford’s Manhattan Experience, and Espolon Tequila’s Cocktail Fights (twice). Inga won her first competition last year with Licor43’s How Do You Carajillo Competition, and for her most recent accomplishment, she was listed as one of the top 100 for World Class Bartender 2020, in addition to making it to the regional finals for Woodford’s Manhattan Experience again this year. Inga has been featured in articles by OC Weekly, Modern Luxury’s Riviera OC, The Voice of OC, Dine Newport Beach, and numerous cocktail blogs and podcasts.
